Following market analysis, we developed the basic concept for the new restaurant LesSeRre, mapping out a clear line of action and distinctive and meaningful market positioning. We then oversaw the opening of the restaurant and development of all communications materials in order to promote the concept and strategy developed.
We currently handle the communications campaigns and engagement with influencers and journalists, in line with the initial marketing strategy.
